OAFRICA — Beneficiary Tracker Web Application 2.0

Admin system used internally by OAfrica’s Case Workers – keeping records of the orphans under the organization’s care, scheduling and assigning tasks, updating follow ups, reporting incidents, keeping transaction records and generating reports for fundraising.

This updated version, had 2 sections: one for kids from birth till 18 and young adults (aged 18 and above). Improved features included, the ability to tag other social workers, managers and beneficiaries involved, archived records of the kid’s data, ability to export transactions, among others.
